I heard a statement this morning that said, “Whatever you do don’t think about monkeys!”
Of course what are you now thinking of now? Monkeys!
I suggest today that you think about the things that God wants you think about. Think about the glories of heaven, the salvation of souls and the expansion of His Kingdom here on earth.
Phil 4:8 says:
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. ESV
Other things may crop up but discipline yourselves otherwise. The kingdom of God in our area is at stake!
