So it’s time for my Monday morning rant, or church as I saw it, sorta.
First I am excited about my Odyssey group, new people have a renewed sense of purpose. It’s exciting to see people swell up with emotion as they relate what Jesus Christ has done in their lives.
I am excited to see people coming together in genuine community and purpose. I see people finally getting a hold of the vision.
I got to preach the first service and I have to admit I was happy reference the response to the message. People really do want to see real love exhibited.
Praise and worship both services was “off the chain”. (Yes I do know what that means, did you think I was old?) You guys have consistently gotten better and better. Practice, prayer and dedication are reaping His benefits.
Pastor Michael brought it in the second service on 1 Cor. 13 again. It never grows old.
Pastor Roy and his 412 group are making a difference in the lives of those young people.
I could go on and on but overall let me say this, Sunday was great but not as great as it is going to be next week and the next and the next.
Don’t miss it!
Aug. 31st Family day with food!
Sept. 7th and 14th Vision services, make sure you don’t miss it.
And with all that said remember that we will have only one service the next three weeks at 10:30 AM.
412 will still meet at 9:30 AM and the other morning groups have modified start times.
Whew I was long winded for 6:55 in the morning. I am done.
Anyway that is how I see it…
